Meet Nicolene Richards
Nicolene Richards has been in practice since 1994 and obtained her B.A and B.Proc degrees from the University of Pretoria. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Law from UNISA and has extensive experience across multiple fields of legal practice.
She was admitted as an attorney in 1994 and has been practising for her own account since 1998. Throughout her career she has gained profound experience in general practice, commercial matters, property transfers, agreements, litigation and personal injury claims.
Nicolene focuses particulary on estate planning, deceased estates, wills, property transfers and commercial agreements. She has also served as a training instructor for practitioners on behalf of the Legal Practice Council and served on the disciplinary council for several years.
